i was interested in changing the theme of my desktop,wallpaper,cursor & screensaver of my XP.Can I just download them off the internet or do i need a special program too? What sites can I find some good free themes for my XP?

There are many theme websites where you can download themes. A google search says theres 50,000,000 websites. I prefer to make my own themes icons, etc with Stardock's "WindowBlinds". If you wanted to go further than what windowblinds can do Stardock has the Object Desktop program.

so i can go to any website offering free themes & download them no problem? or do i have to use something like "windowblinds" or "stardock"?
