Help! My computer's too slow

My PC has been behaving very strangely for the past few days .it has become very slow and applications take ages to load.I have defragmented and cleaned my computer many times but it is still slow.
When I opened up task manager processes,I saw two processes by the name of csrss.exe running.I think one of them is some kind of malware.Please help!
