i get this error everytime i restart or just starting my computer

I JUST BOUGHT AND INSTALLED A NEW VIDEO CARD I DONNO IF ITS THAT BUT ITS BETTER THEN MY OLD ONE BY I LONG SHOT AND I UPGRADED THE REST OF MY PC BEFORE I GOT IT I GOT A NEW CPU INTEL P4 3.0 AND A MOTHERBOARD ASUS P4P800-E DELUX I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS SO I WOULD BE SO GREATFUL IF NEONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR IT THNX

Operating system is Windows XP, correct?

With Windows XP, rundll32.exe is rarely ever used. In such cases, it could be a virus/trojan--there are at least three such trojans with the same name.

Do a search for the file (use advanced search and have it look in hidden and system directories. If it is found in a folder that is NOT c:\{system folder--usually windows or winnt}\system32\rundll32.exe than it is most likely a virus/worm.

You may want to post a hijacklog in the appropriate forum (I would advise it, because this is a peculiar error message).

thanks man i apprecaite it alot do you have msn? maybe we can chat more about this and other stuff i could use more help understanding and how to operate my system more safely and more accurately i would love to learn how to fix this without paying lol

Sorry, never got into MSN or any other IM programs. As it is, I get hundreds of requests for help a week via emails and message board PMs...if I did IM, I'd never get any sleep.
