:whistling: I am having a lot of problems with my computer. I tried downloading an update to Microsoft office. At the same time I also deleted some temp files. Now my computer is running very slow. When I reboot it takes forever to come back up. Sometimes I receive the blue screen fatal error message. Outlook is very slow now and freezes up. I can't use Word now as it locks up. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Check for presence of malware such as virus and adware on your computer.
