Im a fifteen year-old, and I just got a new computer...I was on various sites and picked up several spyware programs and trojans and trojandownloaders...I have read other forums, and I am kind of lost :whistling:

could someone please help me in easy to understand terms... :help:

The problem is with win11A.tmp I keep trying to delete it but it says its in use(duh), so I deleted all the other win???.tmp files...I ran it again and they keep coming back, and I dont know what to do.
Bitdefender says it hasnt infected my computer, but its still there, and the popups keep coming.

Please go to malware forum and follow the instructions at the top
Specially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of
all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having
difficulty and you may not be
Then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
Please be patient it may take some time before they get to you.
