Remote Temperature Overheating

OK when i have speedfan running there is HD0, CPU, TEMP1, Ambient, and Remote, everytime i open an application wether it be right click on a cd in my computer and exploring it to playing a game to opening internet explorer to anything the "Remote temperature goes up and then settles once the application is open.
EX- I went to my computer and then under device and removable storage i right clicked on my E: (which is a cd drive) and the remote temperature goes up considerably. The remote temperature at idle is 60-65 celsieus. does anyone know what this means?

i left my computer idle for 4 hrs and the remote temp stayed between like 60-62 but when i try to load something it gets to like 80 and then goes down to 60
