Wireless Connection is realllyyy slow

Hello, my wireless internet used to be 54mbps constant, but over the past 2 days it's been only 1 or 2 mbps. The signal strength is almost always excellent. The connection also drops about every 2 minutes.

I have a Linksys WRT54G router with updated Firmware that's connected to a DSL modem.

Thanks for your help.

EDIT: Linux does not appear to be having any issues.
