Easy Messenger is not easy to keep away

Please help! Three days ago I seemed to get a stream of new spyware and pop-ups turning up. I run AdAware, Adwatch, SpyBot and Norton. All of which have stopped loads of new stuff that was rare up until then. Now I have a program called Easy Messenger that continues to load itself into my system after I have been online for longer than 15 minutes. The afore mentioned programs do not detect it. I never asked for it. So I have to delete it every time. This is driving me CRAZY! Here's my Hijack This list:
