Hello, I really need help. I have a virus on my computer that Norton and Ad aware SE keeps picking up. They can't remove it.

The virus is called wininit. I have tried to delete it and it will reappear. Another file keeps appearing that I get rid of and it's called aiplit.dat. I think they are one in the same.
My computer keeps freezing alot now. When I try to seach for files, that I know are on the computer it says that they aren't even there!

When I start up the computer WININIT, flashes across the top of the screen and will not go to windows. It's only until I go to dos and delete the wininit.ini file that it will allow me to get into windows, however once I restart the computer the problems happens all over again!

It seems that everytime the computer reboots itself, so does the virus so it doesn't even seem to matter if I do delete it.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? Here is my HIJACK THIS log.
