It appears every so often and closes OS programs i try to run, when I boot my computer, when i run regedit, when i run add/remove program. My system stability also decreased.
At first i thought it was a virus, so i used Mcfee and AVG, but they detected nothing. Please help~~

I have a Dimension 3100
Windows XP pro
