Hard drive formats too small?

Just got a new pc with two SATA11 HDD's (samsung) one 80 the other 250
Installed XP Pro but the 250 is coming up as a 130?

How can I get it to see the correct drive size?

You need to install SP2. And check the drive isnt clipped with a jumper at the back but instal SP2 itll fix it.
