I have verizon dsl. Have been trying to download verizon help & support tools software from there site but about half way through, I get the " installation error"......something about activeX control (HstWebInstall)..............What is this about and how do i fix the problem?

When i try to install there CD, I get this error..........C:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\flash.ocx
I have looked, and the file is on my hard drive, but...still get this message every time..help on this also!!
