When booting up I can press F8 and get the screen asking what I want to do ie.. boot into safe mode, use last good config, boot normally ect... but I can not make a choice. The keyboard is not working. After the count down the computer boots normally and when complete the keyboard is working ok.

I have a program that allows my NEXT boot to be in safe mode but some time I need the F8 on boot up.
Any ideas?

another thing is make sure your keyboard plug is in the right port so your computer can recognize the hardware
