I am using the 'a' tag to make an image pop up on the screen in a person's browser. I specify for the window to be a certain width and height (the width and height of the image) but for some reason Internet Explorer still resizes the image so that there is white space around the image. Here is my code:

<a onclick="MM_openBrWindow('images/purchaseGraphics/Business%20Travel.jpg','','width=653 px,height=500 px, toolbar=no, scrollbars=no, resizable=no')" style="cursor:pointer;"><em>Click to view larger image</em></a>

How can I make Internet Explorer not resize my image?

A visual example of what I am talking about can be found here:

Ps: In the new netscape browser, the pop-ups just open in another tab so the image window is as big as the other tabs and what I am talking about doesn't matter.

Ok, at first I thought the image was being resized, but actually it is something different. The white space around the picture shouldn't be there. The image should take up the entire space of the window but for some reason IE creates padding on the top and left of the image, making the image drop down and to the right. To make it look a little better, I made the window bigger so that there will be white space on the right and bottom. So is there some code I could put it tell IE to put the image directly at the top and left?

I think the link is correct. I clicked on the link I gave in my original post and went to the page just fine and also Magosis was able to view it. Here is another page where I have used the same onClick function:

Another page

Click on any of the images (using Internet Explorer) and you should be able to see the padding issue I am talking about.
