Hi folks,

I just started a new job where I've inherited manuals in Word that were done by someone who is no longer here. (oh joy!) Anyway, when I use the Document Map, it not only displays the headings contained in the document, but also Title, Caption and other styles that you wouldn't expect to see there. As you can imagine, with all that @#*! stuff showing up among the headings, the Document Map is practically useless.

Does anyone have any ideas about what is causing this, and better yet, what I can do to fix it?

Thanks!
