okay so i was browsing eBay (i have been buying all computer-related items from there for about two years) for a upgrade Athlon XP for my system and i found a few that claimed to have unlocked multipliers, allowing more free overclocking ability. is this legit?? someone claimed that an unlocked 2600+ could run at 3400+ with good cooling. is that true? how does one unlock a CPUs multiplier? does it actually yield a great overclcoking advantage??
