Began a download of a photo program (PhotoPlus 6.0), and had to cancel. Now I can't delete, drag or do anything to the file, which had begun saving on Desktop (was using Firefox with Windows XP). I get an error message saying it's in use by another person or program, but can't find out which program is supposedly using it. Any ideas?

go to start>run> type in msconfig and click ok go to startup tab, write down the programs you have that were set to run on startup. when u get them all down. click on disable all. then in the same window go to services tab, write down which ones u had, then click disable all. restart the computer, on boot first thing u do is try to delete it. if it works, good, you can go back to run>msconfig and put the startup and services back up, and report back. and if it doesnt, repeat the latter step.
