I am trying to help my dad with his dell PC, he uses dial up as is out of the country so much....
He has had problems for a while now so I got his hard drive round to my house and use my broadband to get updates etc....
All seemed ok, I got rid of his freeserve dial up as I just had a band feeling about it ....and loaded tiscali ....
I ran norton scans all ok along with ADsoft ?/ something like that that found a few nasties so got rid of them...
took it back conected it back up GREAT ALL OK....
yesterday pooped in on my way home and to use his internet ... blow me as slow as you like I mean dead slow !
ran scans nothing ...
am at a lost as what to do next !
Can anyone please suggest something that I have missed ???
PLEASE PLEASE HELP BEFORE I THROW HIS PC OUT OF THE WINDOW !
