I have a SOYO P4VGA mobo. When I boot I get to a screen that asks me if I want to go to winxp normal, go to the last that worked, boot to safe mode, etc. Whatever I choose, the system reboots almost instantly. There is a VERY FAST blue screen, but I can not read it. Is it my mobo or my OS? I really need some help. Thanx.

I have had this happen to me when i loaded newer drivers for my nvidia graphics card without deleting the old drivers. It finally stopped going to that screen and just continually rebooted. I had to use the XP cd to do a repair install of the OS.
