Hello. I am having a problem with my Nero and Real Player burners. Nero claims to have a problem finding the wnaspi32.dll file and real player cannot detect that I have a cd burner because of this. I redownloaded a new wnaspi32.dll file, but when I did a search on my computer, I saw that I already had two of them preinstalled. One is in C:\Backup\Cdrsoft\NERO\DRIVERS and another in C:\Backup\Cdrsoft\NERO\MISC. I can't seem to find out why my computer is detecting them. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Thanks. I just tried that, but now the applications are saying "Bad or missing system.DLL Need Windows original WNASPI32.DLL."

Thanks. I'll run system restore, but I don't have the disk for nero. It was already installed on my computer when I received it from the company systemax. I have version 5.0.

My system restore was not successful. Should I delete the file and redownload it? Also, are the other two files in the backup folders causing a problem?

Can you move the file to my documents, so you still have it

Nero have the one here for ME

http://www.nero.com/...SPI_Driver.html

You can move the others to my documents in case you need to put one back

Yes, because that way they won't be involved in windows when you reboot, but you can move them back if you need to

i moved one to my documents, but it won't allow me to do the others because they have the same file name. I still keep getting the same error message about a bad dll.

I put the other two in their own file in my documents, but I keep getting the same error when I try to start nero and real player.

Will Nero open at all, if so, try updating it, there should be an option for that

The earlier versions of Nero are virtual re-installs, so it should replace anything it needs
