Im needing to buy a tv card, and i've narrowed it down to 2 of em, one is external and one is internal, im pretty sure they can both record which is one of the main reasons i want one (to convert my CHS into digital so i dont have to have a tv anymores) but which is best, wots the diffrences, do they both have freeview digital trestrial tv? i aint sure cos im more of a software guy- hardware i no buggar all about lol....
