HKLM? i hear about it how do i get to it?

ok so here the thing it says to go to
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Ramdisk\Parmeters
but i cant get to HKLM

it says this here:

HKLM = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE in the registry
go to start, run, type regedit, and hit ok
