I have a hijack this log that I need help with. I am not sure wich registrys should be fixed or deleted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When I log into my desktop my PC crashes. Usualy when I go online or try to access the my computer folder. I had some spy wear and viruses but I fixed that with Spy Bot Search and Destroy, Adaware, and EZ Trust Anti Virus.
