:) Hi guys & girls, please help me I am desperate.

Recently I loaded MS Windows Media Player 11 on my pc. When I play music from my library, it sounds like I am in a toilet. The voice is far away and the instruments are right up front and everything sounds fuzzy.

This is what I have done so far:-
1) Checked Control Panel -- Sound Effect Manager -- Set on Room
2) Checked Sounds & Audio Devices -- Speaker Volume -- Restore Defaults

My PC is an IBM 6219 - 10g
My Operating System is Windows XP

Where do I go ... what do I do ... I really want to listen to music but it sounds awful.
Please help me
