Spent the most part of today reading posts and doing my best in meeting all the requirements before posting... Am ready to pull my hair out, and throw this XP out the window and switch back to SE (At least SE I knew how to fix things)
Problems:

Cannot, or will not remove/uninstall/delete XPSP2 and I tried all three steps that were on the net --- including system restore = that did not have a system restore to go to...
"about:blank" homepage just won't stay away
Cool Web Search? Will not stay away even after CWShredder is used
And keeps adding stuff to my favorites
DrWatson Debugger went and came back repeatedly...
Folders will Not open and instructions to resolve that will not fix problem
