Ok.. My Windows XP SP2 Is installed I keep getting runtime errrors I did a Windows File Protection Check and a WHOLE lOT of files were missing. I don't have the disc becuase the OS is already installed on A Drive Inthe PC...

I went to PC Help -> HP-System Recovory

Which is suppose to re install the OS to a clean state..

I just did it and Programs/Files are still on the PC and When i Go To Open A Program it brings up Run Time Errors

I just want to re install Completley

Please Help Out :whistling:

Contact HP Live Chat here

You need to put the product details in

Ask what the alternatives are, the system restore should make it run without errors

An option is to get the product key, (not the one with OEM) then borrow a same version CD, clear the drive and install
