i unzipped it to my documents and then tried to move it to C:\Windows\System32 but it asked me to overwrite the other one.

i tried to overwrite it but it said that it could not copy. it is being used by another person or program. i dont know what to do now

Restart the PC, keep tapping F8 until it shows options, choose safe mode

Move the file then

Restart the PC
