I just started leaning how to use the computer and can't refresh and reload the pages as if I right click the right mouse button scroll down and click the refresh button it doesn't move the topic back to the top
can you me with this. Thank you

in general if you're looking at a specific place on a page (let's say the middle) when you refresh the page...you will be returned to looking at the middle (of the newly refreshed page) sometimes you'll get popped back up to the top...but sites like ours will return your view to the place you were looking at...
