I got a customer's computer today and when i go to their documents and try to open a word perfect file this is what i get.

wpwin7 caused a general protection fault in module Hpwin15.DLL at 0016:00008652.

Then it gives some register numbers. This happens when i try to open any word perfect document.

When i try to open a .doc file is said that winword.exe can not be found. The people said that this just started. What could be the cause of this and what steps do i need to do to fix it?
