This is undoubtedly the best site I have ever seen. My hat is off and beer glass raised to you ladies and gentlemen.

Though, I have not used your services yet, I have been reading your forums for the past few months. I have yet to see, one of your experts ask “do you have your installation disk handy, for a fresh install”. A phrase that I think, is over used in the tech. support community and other computer help forums (that I have read).

As for me, I am a novice computer user. My computer is just an expensive toy, used mostly for gaming. I do have some video editing to do, so I think, I am really going to enjoy that section. The Malware section is a valuable source of information. Hopefully, someday I will have confidence and knowledge to actually build and work on my own computer.

It is nice to know, that a site such as this one; exist for someone like myself.

Very high praise, and I thank you. I'm glad you enjoy the site, and have taken the time to express it. We have a terrific community, and being family friendly we like to avoid the F words (format, flatten, fresh-install). :)

Often a tech with 20 systems to fix, or someone paying by the hour to have a system repaired, takes the easy and inexpensive way out. The reformat option. However, if you enjoy troubleshooting, and deeply understand what makes a system tick, it's much more fun and gratifying to resolve the issue. That's mostly who we are, the computer geeks.

If you want an analogy, we're like ER room doctors, and any system that has to be reformatted is a patient we've lost. We really don't like that, and it's very rare that we do. We have an awesome staff that collaborates to solve most any issue. :help:

Cheers! :whistling:
