Awhile back..I had my computer 'cleaned' and it seems now though I'm virus free, my .gifs and animations and such don't 'move'. Any thoughts on how I can correct this would be appreciated. I can't stand emoticons that DO NOTHING. Heh.
Oddly enough..when I click on one of
<----- these smilies..I get an error page..hmm.
Thanks!

Hi JacquelineG,

Can you do this for me please?

Open a Command Prompt (for example by using Start > Run > cmd > OK)

In the Command Prompt type this command:
ASSOC .gif
Then ENTER and let us know what the reply is.

Under normal circumstances this should be
.gif=giffile
