Basically when installing fedora whether gui or command line, it installs a generic driver for my graphics card which is an ATI 9600.

Once I am up and running, through the fedora gui, i manually go into the display settings and tell it my grphx is an ATI 9600, ( which it appears fedora has support for already in its listing )

On next reboot I can put in user name, pass, and then the load up fails me. Was just curious if anyone else had a similar problem and knew about this issue.

I could just try using the generic one, and getting the linux ati driver from the site, but I dont want to waist 3 hours of time on this again lol.

I run dual monitors which is why I need it to recognize my card.
