Can someone please help me. My pc has been running fine with blue yonder pcguard.I started up my pc a few days ago, & pcguard said that some of it was corrupt & unusable. I did a virus scan & anti spyware scan, both of which found nothing. Whatever was wrong caused problems with itunes (it wouldn't respond) & mozilla (also not responding) & my pc has crashed a few times aswell. Since this started happening, whenever i turn on my pc it says the system is recovering from a serious error. Although pcguard was not doing this every time i switched on, it seemed to be happening randomly. I have since uninstalled pcguard & am now running avg anti virus & ewido anti spyware. I don't know what to do about a firewall, like i said, i'm a noob. Can anyone offer me any advice on what has happened in the first place & how to fix it or where i should go from here. I really am clueless & would greatly appreciate any help anyone has to offer. Thanx!
