can't get rid of look-today.com toolbars

I'm having a problem with the look-today.com toolbars across the top and bottom of IE. I also have a lot of pop-ups that look like Windows error messages and a bunck of other pop-ups even when I use Firefox. I have scanned with every possible spyware remover and can't seem to get rid of it. Below is my hijackthis logfile and any help will be greatly appreciated.

You have a new variant of the LOP infection. This shouldnt be that difficult to remove.

Please read this post completely, it may make it easier for you if you copy and paste this post to a new text document or print it for reference later.

Boot into Safe Mode:
Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Then close HiJackThis.

Please delete these folders using Windows Explorer(if present):

C:\DOCUME~1\USER\APPLIC~1\TESTST~1

Folders and files with a tilde (~), means that there is a file/folder that starts with the six characters in front of the tilde, note that there may be spaces in the name. If there are more than one, please report them back and do not delete!

If you cannot find the folder, we can try it another way.

Click Start -> Run (type) cmd (click Ok)
(type) rd /s C:\DOCUME~1\USER\APPLIC~1\TESTST~1 (press Enter)
Then close the Command Prompt

After that, Reboot.

After that, post back with a fresh HiJackThis log and let me know how you came out.
