Motion tracking with PremPro 1.5 -how to do?

I am using Premiere Pro 1.5 and I'm trying to blur a face of a person all throughtout the movie. I am using the Guassian blur and the 4 point garbage matte, but it does not fully blur the face even at 100% and also it is very time consuming.

I have heard of motion tracking where the blurring is done automatically.

Does anyone know how this is done?
