i have been having a problem with computer freezeups. i will be looking something up on the web and the screen just freezes up. how do i fix this problem. thank you

Does it happen only when using your browser?
Which browser are you using? and did you try any other browser?
Does it happen with a specific site or any site?

How do you connect to the internet? Does the freeze unfreeze itself, or do you need to reboot, or how do you get back to what you were doing?
