Listen: I'm pretty new and stupid but regardless. If I see the name of what I want off my machine in the Hijack This log file, say Shazaa for example, can I just select it to be "fixed" and be safe??

My Baggage is listed Below

XOXO

RightClick on the yahoo stock task bar icon,
choose remove-while being online!
A web page from Adtomi would appear
"-uninstall was succesful!"

Restart computer in safe mode ONLY! (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu)

Make a new text file, copy and paste this inside:
REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\adtomi]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B549456D-F5D0-4641-BCED-8648A0C13D83}]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{B549456D-F5D0-4641-BCED-8648A0C13D83}]

Save it-(Change to "all files" in drop box-)
As remove.reg
DoubleClick and hit yes on the prompt!

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
C:\WINDOWS\d99oe9wp.exe

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log. <_<
