Well in my friends computer he let a guy use it for like 15 minutes and in that short time he was flooded with popups, web tool bars(4), and even had the computer randomly shutting down on him, we have run spybot sd, adaware(which crashes the compter, not sure if its the program or malware), spydoctor and scanned with norton(why he got norton when i offered to go halfers on nod32 i dont know why). He got rid of alot of it but is comp is still drasticly slow and there are still a couple popups. ill try to push firefox on him when i talk to him next.

But anyway, here is his log..

Hello Sodaholic.

I need you to move HijackThis to a folder of its own so that nothing is deleted by mistake
1. Right click in an empty space on your desktop.
2. From the Menu, click New, then Folder and a folder will appear on your desktop.
3. Name the folder HJT
4. Cut and Paste your current copy of HiJackThis.exe into the new Folder that was just created.
5. Now, run the program and post a fresh HJT log for review.

Open HijackThis, click Config, click Misc Tools
Click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Click "Save List" (generates uninstall_list.txt)
Click Save, copy and paste the results in your next post.
Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to
