<_< O.K I found out that,if I go in system configuration utility,and under startup,and un-check,the box marked C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\KodakCCS.EXE windows will shut down the way it supost to,but the kodak software want work,so it must be the driver,I think,,,any tips on how to fix this...thanks again

Try removing the program using Add/Remove programs, and then installing the latest version from Kodak.com

Well it's working right now,I uninstalled easyshare 3.3 and downloaded easyshare 3.2...thanks

Where do I find system configeration and what is kodac software and how do I know if I have it and do I need it and why?
