I have a question. My harddrive was recently formatted. If I order the recovery discs from the company, (HP), will I get everything that was on my computer when I first bought it? Otherwise I will have to go and buy a brand new OS. :tazz: ;)

I have been told in the past that is so....still, I would suggest an email to HP.

There are often CHAT LIVE with an HP support technician links on thier HELP and SUPPORT SITE.

I know, HP's website is a morass of links that lead nowhere.
