XP Pro x64 Edition installation Problems

Can someone please help me out with an install problem. I attempted to clean install XP Pro x64 on my pc, it goes through the normal process , ie partitions, formats, setup files up to the rebooting phase then returns to the setup again and again and does not continue to the rest of the program.
I tried to re install XP Pro 32 bit but now it does the same thing.
System: Gigabyte nForce4 Ultra Motherboard, 3 G ram, Nvidia GeForce 6600 GT, AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual-Core Processor

Please help :blink:
