Font to EOT?

How do you make a font into a EOT extention.
Because my banner is just text, and that is a big no-no in w3c imagery. So I want to use a custom font.. But apperently I have to have this font in EOT format for that to work.

Microsoft has a tool called WEFT that should help you.
