Hello this is my first time here so please excuse any errors.
I was on aol security edition and they asked me if I wanted to update something. Looking back, I now know they were asking if I wanted to update my conectivity, I unfortunately said yes. I must tell you I am on dial up. Since then I cannot log on to the internet. I have uninstall aol security edition and installed aol 9 optimized but I still cannot get on the internet. The error message I now get is 24-02-09-019 as oppose to the 46NPQE on the security edition. I so have a firewall with PCcillan but do not know how to turn it off.
HELP

Hello Leh8286 and welcome to G2G,

I can assist you in turning off your firewall very easily, but I know very little about AOL, as it has been many many years since I have used it. If your still watching this post please post back and let me know.
