Hi. when i start up my computer, on my desktop screen a small window appears and says Windows Installer,Preparing to install. Then a smaller window covers that and say that Norton/05 does not support the repair feature, please unistall and reinstall. i have had that for almost a year and not sure what to do with it. Also a virus warning comes up with the virus name Winfixer and says access to the file was denied. i just want to get rid of these. soconfused
