I installed the Naomi internet filter and have lost my password. It is causing all sorts of problems to my computer. It is causing the IE to shutdown continually with errors. It is also causing my computer to run very slow. It says I cannot uninstall without a password. Does anyone have any experience with this software?

Hi yoursangoma. Unfortunately, you need the password to remove the program. I loaded Naomi on a test box and it is quite well protected. I didn't have any problems with errors or performance though.

I would suggest contacting Radiant (the developer) to see if they have a way to remove it without the password. It would be inappropriate to post a workaround for parental controls or security software in an open forum like this.
