dvd ripping

I am using a program called Magic DVD Ripper, which is working perfectly fine. I have some dvd's with seasons of differant television shows. Each disk contains about 4-5 episodes. When I rip the dvd it rips the disk as one long movie,(no seperation of the episodes) is there any way to rip the disk, and seperate the episodes?

No it isnt illegal, you need software for creating menus, alot of burning programs have it Nero has a particularly good menu maker.
