Recovery Utility Frozen at 56 %

I tried to restart again my recovery wizard but it just stops at 56% and doesn't carry on. HElp!!!

did you try unplugging the battery and replugging battery back in do you have your xp cd you can use to boot from

I'll tried the battery thing that didn't work i'll try searching for the cd....thanks
