Norton keeps picking it up as a downloader trojan and say it's unable to repair the file and/or remove the file.
This is my cousin's computer and was asked to help to remove this as Norton keeps popping up with the virus source and I'm unsure as to how to remove it.
I ran Spybot, Trojan Hunter, etc. and they were unable to spot this file hence they never removed it.
I went into Safe Mode and tried to delete the file source there but with no prevail.
Being that my cousin never really kept the computer in good condition by running scans and etc. I'm sure there's more than just this downloader trojan on here and hopefully those that can read HJ logs will be able to assist me in ridding my cousin's machine with trojans and what not.
