I'm not the most knowlegeable person when it comes to computers, so here is my question. I am going to build a computer, with the help of others, and I was wondering what kind of Video card I should get? I'm going to build a "gaming" computer, and didn't want to make a mistake by buying the wrong card. I was going to get BFG tech. GeForce 7800 GT OC, but I heard they weren't too much better than the 7600. So, can you suggest a good card that's reasonably priced? please, and thank you.

The 7600 GT is a very affordable card with outstanding performance for the price. You can get one for around $150 and I wouldn't recommend going too much higher right now with DX10 and Vista around the corner. The 7600GT is more than enough to play any game out today at medium to high settings.
