Then you can use the DiskWizard to copy the data and follow the instructions based on what you want to do.

i tried to copy the file with disc wizard but it won't do anything is there any other way

Is there any error message or warning that it gives? It might be that if you have it connected already that it will have an issue with it. If there is no data on it, you might try removing the partitions and see if that works.
